To maintain pedestrian continuity required by commercial establishments, private and public parking will be assessable through alleys that service the buildings. Living areas can be utilized by the owner or rented out to generate additional income. Olde Towne Live/Work properties will vary in size from about 900 to over 2000 sq. ft. on each level. These unique investment properties will be located on Lots 24 through 32 in the urban setting of the Towne Center.
Over two acres of additional commercial sites (some of which fronts Verot School Road) will be suitable for stand alone or common wall buildings. These sites will facilitate construction of approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space.
The Towne Center will provide everyday vital services and serve as a gathering place to the residents of Olde Towne.
